About the Product

LGA Group is an international company operating across multiple sectors including healthcare, assistance services, digital platforms, and wellness solutions. The project focused on redesigning the homepage hero section to better communicate the scale and diversity of the company’s ecosystem while creating a more modern and engaging first impression.

The original hero lacked strong visual storytelling and did not clearly communicate the relationship between LGA’s different business sectors. The redesign aimed to create a clearer, more dynamic entry point that would immediately help users understand the company’s offerings and positioning.

Problem Space

The original hero section faced several UX challenges:

  • Limited visual engagement

  • Weak service hierarchy

  • Dense enterprise messaging

  • Lack of clear differentiation between business sectors

Because LGA operates across multiple industries, users needed faster clarity around:

  • What the company offers

  • Which sectors they operate in

  • How services connect together

The hero section needed to balance enterprise professionalism with a more modern and visually engaging presentation.

Product Goals

Improve First Impressions

Design a more modern and visually engaging landing experience.

Increase Service Discoverability

Help users quickly identify relevant business sectors.

Research & Discovery

The discovery phase focused on understanding how users interpret large enterprise ecosystems online.

Key findings included:

  • Users struggled to quickly understand the company structure

  • The homepage lacked clear visual prioritization

  • Service categories needed stronger separation

  • Motion and visual storytelling could improve engagement and comprehension

Competitive benchmarking also showed that modern enterprise websites increasingly rely on:

  • Large visual hero systems

  • Modular category presentation

  • Motion-driven storytelling

  • Clear service segmentation

Information was grouped into distinct service categories to make the ecosystem easier to scan and understand.

UX Impact: Improved readability and faster recognition of business sectors.

Clear category separation

Reduced text density

Focused content hierarchy

UX Impact: Users could process LGA’s ecosystem faster without feeling overwhelmed.

Aesthetic-Usability Effect — Increasing Enterprise Credibility

A more refined visual presentation was used to improve perceived trust and professionalism.

The redesign emphasized:

Large imagery

Controlled spacing

Strong typography hierarchy

Motion and transitions

Modern layout structures

UX Impact: The company appeared more modern, established, and visually aligned with enterprise-level organizations.
